This is a massive win with my toddler and they're very healthy too. They're so delicious that they're like a treat but they're packed full of loads of goodness.
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 ground flaxseed
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup almond milk (or any plant based milk)
Mix it all together until totally blended and then cook until a little brown on each side on a medium to low heat.
Add some agave syrup if you want and serve.
