The feeling that you get when you leave someone you know is not right for you is different for everyone. For me it was liberating. Everything that happens from that moment on is a chance to redefine who you are and what you are. In fact every moment irrespective of your past is a new moment to redefine and find out who you are.
But the process of redefining who you are takes time. It takes time to let go of the destructive and negative thoughts and images that were in place for so long. It takes time to see what truly was right and what was wrong. Every moment is an opportunity to learn.
We had a great time last week in our Children's yoga class. We went to Africa by boat and aeroplane and did some dancing and yoga moves with scarves, and as usual we played around with some Acro yoga.
I love Acro yoga, and I especially love doing it with the kids. They think it's brilliant and it's great for their coordination but above all it's great to see mums and dads connecting with their children in such a fun way. This is by far one of the beat parts of my classes. We see all playing together, connecting, helping, enabling... all aspects of the yogic way. But above all it's so much fun :)
At the end of the class we do some sort of touch/meditation/calm exercises. This week we did some massaging and calm breathing.
Every week I look forward to my classes with the kids, they are wonderful to be with and I love it :)
